Coiled steel fed into a transfer press

Metal Flow receives all raw material in rolled sheet form.

Our capabilities

Metal Flow produces high volume, technically sophisticated custom metal components and assemblies through the deep draw process using cold-rolled and stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, pre-plated, HSLA, Galfan, and specialty metals. Material thicknesses range from 0.010" to 0.125" (0.25 mm to 3.17 mm) on parts ranging in height from 0.25" to 5.5" (6.35 mm to 139.7 mm).

At Metal Flow, we thrive on technical challenges, routinely taking on parts that require multiple forming operations, multi-piece assemblies, or additional processes. We design our tooling for multi-press compatibility; with our multiple, redundant presses, you never need to worry about a press going down or insufficient capacity issues impacting your job.

Metal Flow's 107,000 sq. ft. facility houses 46 transfer presses ranging in size from 10 to 330 tons, allowing us to handle a wide range of components in a wide variety of sizes. A 43,500 sq. ft. facility expansion is currently under construction.

Using our innovative tooling and critical process design, we manufacture parts with intricate details and multiple features designed into the tooling. By eliminating secondary operations, we reduce your product cost, inventory, and labor costs.
