- Our estimating and feasibility team uses an efficient computerized quote system for quick turnaround and tracking of all quotes.
- Our EDI system provides excellent inventory control via a computerized link between our customers and suppliers.

- Our in-house tool room has leading-edge equipment and technology, allowing us to respond quickly to your needs.
- Custom designed gauges and fixtures, combined with comprehensive quality procedures and documentation, result in high-volume consistency of quality product.
- All tooling is designed and engineered in-house using the latest version of Solid Edge 3D CAD software, which is capable of handling file exchange using multiple formats including 3D-IGES, STP, Parasolid, and many others. We have in-house tool build capability with outside support during peak demand.
- Secondary capabilities in roll groove forming, bending, welding, beading, grinding, threading, assembly and packaging are available to facilitate specific part needs.
- Many parts are cleaned, tumbled or burnished prior to shipment. A variety of post-manufacturing processes such as heat treating and plating are available.
- We run a 3 shift, 24-hour day operation.
- Packaging and shipment options are unlimited. By weight or part count, bulk or special packed, shipped daily, weekly or monthly, the choice is yours. Our bar coding system allows for complete lot traceability from incoming raw material coil to shipped finished goods.
